1. This position will focus on winning new business to meet sales target by selling/promoting company's image solutions, in product forms of chips, IP and camera system OEM/ODM design. Business model varies from selling chips, ODM system, IP licensing, and ASIC. The candidate will locate customers' key technical decision makers to successfully design company's solutions into customers’ new products.

2. Expand current product portfolio to key market segments of interest: Automobile, Dash camera, Notebook camera, and smart-retail camera.

3. Ability to analyze industry trend and plan product roadmap that fits customer requirement & company's strength in camera technology.

4. Communicate with customers and coordinate with cross-international research and development team in Taiwan.

5. Provide weekly Sales report, Monthly Revenue Rolling Forecast, and Account Report.

1. Over 10 years working experiences in promoting semiconductor image technologies for one or more of the following market segments: Automobile, Dash Camera, Notebook PC, IP camera, Smart-Retail camera.

2. Strong negotiating skills and ability to close business transactions and ability to drive complex legal agreements such as NDA, license agreements and joint development Agreements to closure.

3. Strong technical background and experience of camera related technologies. In particular, camera system design or image signal processing (ISP). Experience in ISP is highly desired.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and execution – to help develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnership engagements.

5. Ability to operate as part of a global business development team, with team members in Taiwan and US and across different organizational functions.

6. Collaborate with RD at company headquarter in Taiwan for technical support

7. Excellent written and presentation skills in English

8. Business travel will be required

9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering. Master's degree preferred.

10.Citizen of U.S is preferred.
